    Yes, the UPSC form can be rejected if certain criteria are not met. The UPSC has certain eligibility criteria that must be met before submitting the form. These include:

    Age limit: The candidate must be between 21-32 years of age on 1st August of the year in which he/she is appearing for the exam.

    Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a graduate degree from a recognized university.

    Nationality: A candidate must be a citizen of India.

    Number of Attempts: A candidate is allowed a maximum of 6 attempts at the UPSC exam.

    Reservation Criteria: If a candidate belongs to the reserved category, he/she should have the necessary certificates.

    Additionally, the application form should be filled in correctly with all the required information and attachments, and the fees should be paid on time. If any of these criteria are not met, or if the form is not filled in correctly, the form may be rejected by the UPSC.
