The simple answer is almost Yes, the brand value of IIMs is so high in India that you will definitely get a job if you are willing to but that does not mean you will get your dream job to work for Google or Amazon etc. for that you have to be skilled and qualified enough to make it to your dream. The simple answer is almost Yes, the brand value of IIMs is so high in India that you will definitely get a job if you are willing to but that does not mean you will get your dream job to work for Google or Amazon etc. for that you have to be skilled and qualified enough to make it to your dream. Brand value matters but more than that your skills, confidence, willingness to learn matter so IIMs are good in placements but your efforts are more important.
