I don't think that Chandigarh University offers B.Tech instead they offer B.E which is Bachelor of Engineering and there is a difference in both. I don’t think that Chandigarh University offers B.Tech instead they offer B.E which is Bachelor of Engineering and there is a difference in both. B.Tech is more practical oriented as compared to the B.E which is more theoretical. B.E itself is a good course and CU also offers different specializations in B.E some of which like Petroleum Engineering, Electrical Engineering are very popular.
It is definitely a good option especially from CU as they are investing so much to provide quality education in their institute and the placement records of CU are also very good from the past few years, their average package ranges from 5-6 lakhs per annum which is very decent.
