The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) that is conducted for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is considered to be a challenging and competitive exam. The JEE is divided into two parts: JEE Main and JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced is considered to be more difficult and is only taken by students who have qualified for JEE Main.
The JEE Advanced paper tests the students’ understanding of the concepts of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at a higher level of difficulty than JEE Main paper. The questions are designed to test the students’ problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, and aptitude for engineering. In addition, the paper is designed to test the students’ ability to apply their knowledge in a practical setting.
