Comparing the difficulty level of an MBA program and the UPSC Civil Services Examination (UPSC) is not straightforward as they are two different types of programs with different goals and requirements.

The MBA program is a professional degree program that focuses on business management, finance, accounting, marketing, and other related subjects. The program is designed to prepare students for careers in business and management. The difficulty level of the MBA program will depend on the institution and the curriculum, but generally, MBA programs are considered to be less challenging than other graduate-level programs in fields such as engineering or medicine.

On the other hand, the UPSC Civil Services Examination (UPSC) is a highly competitive and rigorous examination that tests a wide range of knowledge, skills, and abilities. It’s considered one of the toughest exams in India and requires a high level of dedication and commitment to clear. The UPSC syllabus covers a wide range of subjects, including Indian polity and governance, international relations, economic and social development, environmental ecology, biodiversity, and climate change, and security and strategic issues, etc. It’s a test of knowledge, aptitude, and physical and mental endurance.

So, it’s difficult to compare the two as they are two different types of programs with different goals and requirements. However, it’s safe to say that the UPSC Civil Services Examination is considered more challenging than an MBA program, but that does not mean that MBA is a cakewalk. It still requires hard work, dedication, and a good amount of time to clear.
