No, it is not possible to get admitted into an IIT (Indian Institutes of Technology) without appearing for JEE Mains. JEE Mains is the entrance examination that is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at the IITs and other prestigious engineering colleges in India. It is a mandatory requirement for admission to the IITs.

JEE Mains is divided into two papers: Paper 1 is for admission to B.E/B.Tech courses and Paper 2 is for admission to B.Arch/B.Planning.

JEE Mains score is used by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) for the allotment of seats in IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other engineering colleges participating in the centralised counselling process.

It is worth noting that, clearing JEE Mains is not only the way to get into IITs, but also clearing JEE advanced is also important. JEE advanced is the second stage of JEE examination and the top 2,50,000(approx) JEE Mains qualifiers are eligible to appear for JEE advanced. JEE advanced score is used for admission to IITs.

In summary, it is mandatory to clear JEE Mains to be eligible for admission to IITs and other prestigious engineering colleges in India. It is also important to clear JEE advanced for admission to IITs.

IIT mathematics can be challenging for some students. The curriculum is designed to cover a wide range of mathematical concepts and theories, from basic algebra and calculus to advanced topics such as differential equations, linear algebra, and abstract algebra. IIT mathematics is considered to be more rigorous and advanced than what is typically taught in high school.

The level of difficulty can vary depending on the student’s background and aptitude for mathematics. Some students may find the material challenging but manageable with proper study habits and dedication, while others may struggle to keep up. The pace of the coursework is also intense and fast-paced, which can be challenging for some students.

It’s important to note that the difficulty of mathematics at IITs is not limited to the academic aspect, but also on the competitive aspect where students are competing with some of the best minds in the country. The level of difficulty is also dependent on the branch of engineering chosen, as some branches like computer science, electrical and mechanical have more math oriented coursework than others like civil, architecture and textile.

Overall, IIT mathematics can be challenging, but it is also an excellent opportunity for students to develop their mathematical skills and gain a deeper understanding of the subject. With hard work and determination, many students are able to successfully complete the program and excel in their careers.

It depends on your personal interests, strengths, and career goals. MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) is a professional degree in the field of medicine, and it is considered one of the most challenging and rewarding careers. Engineers, on the other hand, use scientific and mathematical principles to design, develop, and improve products, processes, and systems. Both fields have their own set of advantages and disadvantages.

Choosing between MBBS and engineering depends on what you want to study and what your career goals are. It’s important to research and consider both options carefully before making a decision.

It is also worth mentioning that MBBS is considered more competitive and challenging to get into compared to engineering.

The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) set their own entrance examination papers for admission to their undergraduate programs. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is the main entrance examination for the IITs, and it is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the IIT Council. The JEE is divided into two parts: JEE Main and JEE Advanced. The JEE Main is the first stage of the exam and is used to determine eligibility for the JEE Advanced, which is the second stage of the exam and is used to determine eligibility for admission to the IITs.

A panel of professors and experts from the IITs are responsible for creating the question papers and setting the syllabus for the JEE. They also review and evaluate the papers after the examination is conducted. The papers are designed to test the students’ understanding and application of mathematical and scientific concepts, as well as their problem-solving and analytical skills.
