Even there are some institutes that don’t conduct entrance exams and give admission only on the basis of Interview so CAT is not necessary for MBA in all colleges.

The competition for taking admission in these colleges is very high as MBA is considered a very costly course if done from a good business school so you need to have a very good CAT score along with good confidence to crack admission interviews. The most popular institution that offers an MBA at a very less cost is the Faculty of Management studies also known as FMS but the seats are very limited and competition is super high so you need to prepare very well to leave the crowd behind.

It depends on what you want for yourself, both have their pros and cons.

Like Government Job provides you Job Security, Work-Life Balance but your personal development will be limited and your growth will also be limited to some extent in most cases, not considering IAS and IPS as their levels are completely different. In MBA, your learnings graph will continuously rise, chances to explore the industry is more but your job will be hectic and there can be no chance for your job security as corporates will pay as long as they don’t have a better option so on the job competition will be very high, while for Government Jobs the competition will be eliminated as soon as you get the job. So choose wisely what you want and what you are capable of. Both Government jobs and Jobs after MBA are different but offers are promising futures.

Starting your journey from Crores package after completing your MBA is quite difficult in India for that you must have a very good idea in your head and with a perfect plan and execution so that you can go for a startup and if it works well then your income can be in crores. So choose your path, going through a job is also a good way as you should also have some experience before you are willing to invest in your idea.
