Reading is one of the activities for which we all should spare at least one hour daily. The benefits of reading are not just limited to 5, it really really helps us in thousands of ways. It is one of the best exercises for our brain and it stimulates the overall development of our brain at a very fast speed. These are the top 5 benefits of reading-

Best Exercise of Brain- To keep our body fit we do yoga, gym takes healthy food and all, similarly to keep our mind fit, fresh and active, reading is one of the best exercises. It expands our mind and improves our learning, thinking, and recalling power.

Stress Reduction- Reading your favorite Novels, Books, Comics or anything can help you to reduce your stress, just like we try to reduce our stress by listening to our favorite music, movies, etc. similarly it is one of the very effective ways to reduce our stress.

Improves Focus and Attention Powers- Reading always improves our focus as in reading we have to draw everything in our mind with just words written so it requires more attention and focuses to understand something properly. So reading will help you stay focused on other works as well

Better Listener- Readers are always good listeners because reading helps us in improving our patience level and make us understand everything before drawing any conclusion.

Boost Your Knowledge- It is one of the most important benefits of reading that it boosts our knowledge level to some other extent. Every time you read your mind will get something new to learn and store so that it can help you in the future in one or another way. The more you explore books the more you will explore the pool of knowledge they carry. so reading is actually one of the building blocks of our wisdom.
