Some disadvantages of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) include:
1- The exam is highly competitive, with a limited number of seats available at top engineering colleges in India.
2- The exam covers a wide range of topics and requires a high level of preparation and dedication.
3- The exam is known to be highly stressful and can be a source of anxiety for students and their families.
4- The exam is held only once a year, which means that students have only one chance to perform well.
5- The syllabus is mostly based on NCERT textbook which is not enough for the exam. And also the exam is based on memorization not on understanding the concept.
6- The coaching institutes are very expensive and not affordable for every student.
7- The weightage of JEE exam is much more than board exam which put a lot of pressure on students.
The JEE results are often delayed which can cause uncertainty for students and their families.
