Nepotism means giving unfair chances to non deserving people because of their influence and links. Nepotism is not just in Bollywood it’s every where actually it’s a part of culture especially in India. Where the children and relatives are taking unfair advantage by grabbing the opportunities from the desired one. India is very popular across globe about it’s nepotism culture prevailing everywhere in every field.

Developed countries take much better approach in terms of Nepotism, For Example-
Sergey Brin and Larry Page, founders of google have not given their seat to any of their known or blood relative instead they gave this chance to Sundar Pichai who was their employee and was a deserving candidate. Similarly Microsoft, Apple, Twitter all companies are setting example from which India can take a good lesson and apply in every field.
