Currently, Delhi University has 90 plus colleges divided over the different locations in Delhi, so campus should not be the main focus of attraction the college in which you are going and the course which you are going to pursue should be the on the priority while considering college.
Yes, North campus colleges are more reputed, but similarly, there are top-class colleges in the South campus as well. Venkateshwara College is far better than some North campus colleges. Both the campuses have their own benefits like in North Campus you will find the top coaching institutions from where you can prepare for different competitive exams but while studying in South campus you can have more corporate exposure as so many companies are located in Nehru Place and similar locations where you can do internships while studying in college,.

It really depends on what you want.
See lessEveryone knows that North Campus is the dream campus for many students, and there are many reasons as to why it really is a big deal. But if you compare it with South campus, the only distinct quality you’ll notice is the college life in NC.
You will get almost the same placement opportunities in both campuses, with the exception of SRCC.
But college life will be a lot different and better if you are a part of NC. Its a true college life experience in NC, with every single deptt, faculties, clgs, DU office etc are linked together. You’ll never even have to go anywhere else(outside of NC for any work or stuff) as everything is at a walking distance.
But thats only 3 years of your clg life, and as I said , its only superior to SC in terms of college life. After you graduate, life will not be completely different as compared to a SC graduate.
