I will consider LPU over CU for B.Tech, from the past 4-5 years LPU team is consistently working on some core aspects of their institute and that is the reason they have created a well-established educational institute in Punjab where students from outside states are coming to take admissions.
Here are some reasons why I will consider LPU-
Placements- This is one of the major concerns for every student from the very first year. Every year their placement cell invites Top Companies like TCS, Infosys, Microsoft, Amazon to visit their campus to hire fresh talents from every field. The placement record for B.Tech students is also very good in LPU their average package goes around 5-6 Lakhs per annum which is quite decent.
Education- Faculties are investing lots of time and effort on their students. They are highly skilled and trained in the subjects and also very cooperative towards all students. The study material and all the resources are easily available in the campus library and labs so that students can devote their time to self-understand the practical aspects of various subjects by themselves.
Campus- The main highlight is the LPUs campus, the campus building is very well maintained and developed and better than any college in Punjab. The University has 2 Central Libraries, an auditorium, 1 shopping mall and 6 hostels for girls, and 7 hostels for boys. So the college life at LPU is not less than like studying abroad.
