There have been several candidates who have cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination (CSE) in their first attempt. Some of the notable examples in recent years include:

Tina Dabi: In 2015, Tina Dabi became the first-ever Dalit woman to top the UPSC CSE in her first attempt. She secured the first rank in the exam and went on to become an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer.

Anudeep Durishetty: In 2017, Anudeep Durishetty topped the UPSC CSE in his first attempt and became an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. He secured the highest marks in the written examination and the interview and was ranked first in the final merit list.

Shweta Chauhan: In 2017, Shweta Chauhan cleared the UPSC CSE in her first attempt and was ranked fourth in the final merit list.

Akshat Jain: In 2018, Akshat Jain, who is an Engineering graduate, cleared the UPSC CSE in his first attempt and ranked second in the final merit list.

Jatin Kishore: In 2019, Jatin Kishore cleared the UPSC CSE in his first attempt and was ranked fifth in the final merit list.

It’s worth noting that these examples are not an exhaustive list and there are many more candidates who have cleared the UPSC CSE in their first attempt. However, clearing UPSC CSE in the first attempt is not easy and requires a lot of hard work, dedication, and a clear understanding of the exam pattern and syllabus.
