As of my knowledge cutoff in 2021, the youngest person to clear the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam is Anudeep Durishetty, who cleared the exam in 2017 at the age of 25. He was awarded the first rank in the Civil Services Examination (CSE) that year.
Anudeep Durishetty, hailing from Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India, had completed his B.Tech in electronics and communications from JNTU Hyderabad before preparing for the UPSC exam. His preparation for the UPSC exam was self-funded and self-motivated with the support of his family. He also shared his knowledge and experience with aspiring candidates through his blog, which was widely followed.
It’s worth noting that this is my knowledge cut-off date, and there may be someone who cleared the UPSC exam at a younger age after my knowledge cut-off date. However, Anudeep Durishetty is widely acknowledged as the youngest UPSC topper as of 2021.
The UPSC is a highly competitive exam, and it requires a great deal of hard work and dedication to clear it. To clear the exam at such a young age is a remarkable achievement and a testament to Anudeep Durishetty’s dedication and hard work.
